How Much Length, How Much Girth?

Depending on your needs, the Penuma implant is available in three sizes: large, extra-large, and extra-extra-large. Dr. Levine will determine the best size for you and can contour the implant to fit the specific shape and size.
The implant fits like a sheath over the top of your penis shaft, just under the skin, and contains no gel or liquid. The implant is designed to look and feel entirely natural, whether you are flaccid or erect.
What to Expect During the Procedure
The implant is made of soft, medical-grade silicone and is customized to fit the shape of your penis. It is put in place during a relatively simple outpatient procedure.
During the surgery, Dr. Levine accesses the shaft of your penis through a tiny incision on the side of your scrotum. This ensures you have no tell-tale scarring after your recovery.
The silicone implant is then placed under the skin of your penis, above the corpus cavernosa (the spongy erectile tissue at the top of the shaft that helps create an erection). The implant stretches skin and tissue in the area, which makes your penis look and feel longer and thicker – up to a 2.5” increase in flaccid length and flaccid and erect girth!
